Hold the golf club with both hands vertically behind your back,
(as seen with the pole in the photo). Hold the club with your
right hand at the top behind your head and your left hand on
the club behind your buttocks. Push the club down encouraging
a stretch in the back of the arm. Hold for approximately 15
to 20 seconds. Repeat to other side.
Please
only proceed with this stretch as far as your comfortable
maximum.
