Neck
Stretches
Standing, slowly tilt your head to the right and hold for 5 seconds,
return to the start position then do the same for the left side then
return to the start position. Now drop your chin to your chest and hold
for 5 seconds, return to start position the lift your chin up as far
as you can manage and hold for 5 seconds then back to start position.
Please
only proceed with this stretch as far as your comfortable maximum.
